Return Process

  Submit a return request through our Support Portal within 49 days of receiving your item, ensuring you have your order number and proof of purchase ready.

  Secure Packaging

  Disassemble your product carefully and place it back into its original Secretlab packaging to prevent damage during transit and ensure a full refund.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

  Inspection and Refund
